They're hosing hosts big-time while bending over for guests. 

Once they know you'll bend because you're new, they'll roll right over you. 

In my experience fair and honest may (WILL) still find someone who disagrees with what you said unless you bend over and give them everything.

You will find yourself bending your standards regardless of how nice the property is.4. low to no credit score which again makes it much harder to screen5. no reserves to lean upon during tough times.

I will bend over backwards to help someone if they hit a rough patch, but lie to me, steal from me, avoid me...

After talking to them for a little while I found myself wanting to help them out and maybe bend a rule or two.
