@Larry Morehouse Account Closed  I use Ground Floor property management; they manage 1,000+ doors in Moncton, including 28 for me (6 and 22 units)  and have been quite good.

I've never used him, but the last time this question was asked on the CT Wholesaler's Facebook group, Larry Garfinkel was heavily recommended.

Larry Fried, No we have no started to study any other market yet , we were so focus in our state and niche that we knew well the statistics in the particular areas we were interested in we were in our comfort zone and did not think of going  out of state till now.

@Larry Glenn,The house may have a lien on it where the debtor is currently in bankruptcy proceedings.
