Dawn A.Another thing I've seen recently is that there are no interior photos because the TENANT won't allow it because they have some nice stuff and don't want burglars cruising the real estate internet sites for possible break in candidates.

Dawn A. from what I've read:1) returns are likely to be lower by loaning money in a pool versus individually since there is a pool manager involved.2) When you pool your funds with a hard money lender and they lend it out, are you not in control on who the money will be lent to?
