It should be the tenants responsibility for damages not you.But you should seek legal council anyway as this could get ugly if you don't.

Good because I thought you would have to go before the city council and prove that you can financially and structurally bring the property up to code.I guess to get the condemnation REMOVED then you would have to go before the city.However, if I'm just wholesaling it then I wouldn't have to do anything different then I would on any other house.P.S.
