In 2009, I became an accidental landlord when I couldn't sell my primary home in Birmingham, AL after moving to Georgia.

I have been seriously pursuing fix & flips for in the Birmingham, AL Area for about a month now.

I just looked at Reform, AL, and it seems like it's a smaller area (I'm pretty familiar with that drive between Birmingham - Starkville).
