Normally, I would send an email and follow wit a txt just to make sure they read the email.

I've witnessed modest improvement where the people get involved and make it happen.  

About the same time we all assumed Covid would sink real estate. https://www.nj.com/news/2021/0...The economy is shaky and the real estate market almost by definition has to cool and will probably correct a bit, but I sincerely doubt we're about to witness 2008 all over again.

Just last month, I was with some of the investors I've met through Renatus and we attended one of the local foreclosure auctions where I got to witness them bid on and purchase some properties.So, I wish you the best in your real estate investing endeavors.

Local law (adult witnesses, notarization, etc.) dictates the requirements for validity.

To wit, this is Boston, with plenty of red and yellow rated schools:And this is Detroit:Looks like Boston is a little better, but most neighborhood schools in either city aren't ones I'd gladly send my children to. 

hello BP friends .my  best friend inherited round the same amount , so from witnessing his experience he own already  his home free and clear ,and he has a lots of time in his hand so he focused  on his local county court house auction real estate ,after doing research on property and cover all the basics from  research to analyze  the deal he end up with great  deal and from there he learn a lots from doing it him self . after making the first move it will open a lots of doors and options to decide witch way you want to go ,either  upgrade it, or rent it, or sale it .trust me from experience sometimes it takes one idea and one step forward and the possibilities is endless  .but my biggest Advice find out first is real estate in general  is your  passion . a lots of luck
