About the same time we all assumed Covid would sink real estate. https://www.nj.com/news/2021/0...The economy is shaky and the real estate market almost by definition has to cool and will probably correct a bit, but I sincerely doubt we're about to witness 2008 all over again.

hello BP friends .my  best friend inherited round the same amount , so from witnessing his experience he own already  his home free and clear ,and he has a lots of time in his hand so he focused  on his local county court house auction real estate ,after doing research on property and cover all the basics from  research to analyze  the deal he end up with great  deal and from there he learn a lots from doing it him self . after making the first move it will open a lots of doors and options to decide witch way you want to go ,either  upgrade it, or rent it, or sale it .trust me from experience sometimes it takes one idea and one step forward and the possibilities is endless  .but my biggest Advice find out first is real estate in general  is your  passion . a lots of luck

Then when I told him the jig was up and I caught him in a big lie he threatened to sue me for slander of all things then got in his truck and drove off never to be seen again.I could go on and on having spent 30+ years as a General & Manufactured Home Contractor, Manufactured Home Dealer, developer, investor, property manage but most importantly an EXPERT WITNESS for construction defect, mis representation and fraud by licensed contractors and unlicensed operators purporting to be properly and legally qualified.
