Hello everyone as the effects of Harvey are felt widespread I want to offer to any investors, homeowners, and people in need relief.

In this situation, for example, it would be easy to be so focused on the seller finally responding, but with a bad counter offer, and you accept it out of relief of the response and finally getting a house, not based on making a good deal.

Prices are sky high and there is no relief in sight.

Yea the military does not protect him but there are laws that provide him some relief/protection of you are forced to move without notice. 

That being said, if you can provide relief and get someone out of a tough spot, then it's worth it.  

@Jason PowellYou may be entitled to receive a credit on your resident state tax return for taxes paid to another state.Oregon has a high state tax rate, so you may not get the dollar for dollar credit but you will get some relief.
