Confirm that the HOUSE hvac filter is being changed; that the bath's air vent is working (and venting outside); clean the "mold" or dirty areas inside the skylight with alcohol/water solution; caulk/paint it and ... your done!

Every tenant of mine that ever had trouble paying rent, never had trouble spending money on fast food, alcohol, cigarettes, vacations, cars or name brand clothing. 

It might come as a surprise to you but both of those cities have diverse, robust economies with unemployment rates lower than CA.

Alcohol and evictions are hereditary.

Hello all, has been a long time...Anyway, need some advice about a situation I had tonight in PA.About 4 months ago I agree to rent a unit to a girl who I was told, had an alcohol problem in the past, but has been clean for over a year and needed a break...Her social worker told me that she has SS income which her parents control, and they do send the rent every month..

I've also found that 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol will kill them pretty quick but will not last very long as it dries quickly.

I leave a bottle of Tost (non alcoholic wine) a package of Hayden's frosted animal cookies for the kiddos and 2 bars of Chuao Chocolates along with my Welcome Book.
