Invest in deals and get high returns in 6-8 months.Look into buying or acquiring a Home restoration company that already exists and is doing well. 

I have done some fire restoration years ago and you just never really know how deep you have to go to restore correctly.

The Century was the Indy Pace Car in 75 and 76, so if it's one of those years, it may have a higher collectable value for someone wanting to do a restoration on it.
