Its started out very promising.... but of course, its become a very frustrating experience when the vision for projects don't align... and project direction mismanaged and is starting to get compromised.  

By contrast, some people lose a lot of money investing in real estate because in addition to money it takes time, talent, vision, and ability to deal with people. 

It could be that I was poor at articulating my vision (and goal) and/or perhaps I'm connecting with the wrong folks - ones' with a more traditional mindset/approach real estate investing.

I'm relatively new to the real estate investing scene with any true vision for the possibilities it holds, and the recent weeks I've been able to spend trying to wrap my head around it all has already started some major changes.

Rent will be $1,100, $150 app fee, standard 3x income and checks (for reference, most rentals in my town are horribly run down and owned by slumlords and around $600-700 - this is part of my vision...changing the norm to modern and more beautiful, but stricter requirements)So I had a local bank call yesterday.
