I'm quite sure these purchases were on a 1st lien because the foreclosing party was Fannie Mae (and if I'm not mistaken, Fannie Mae only does 1st position loans).  

I think too many people mistakenly think the probate PR's are grief stricken and focus on the wrong set of emotions because it seems like the right thing to do.They are wrong!

I am going to use my GI bill this september and if i am not mistakenl, I will get 100 percent tuition paid and a monthly housing allowance of 1600 in the state of Washington.

For example I'm going to buy a house for $100,000 and I'm going to pay $100 for loans every month(If I'm not mistaken, this is how loans work right?

Most, especially Matt and Linda, do almost all of their own work, as I do, unless I'm mistaken.
