Last week she decided she wanted to sell the house and she came to me , she wants 40k and I’ll just keep making payments which are 1300 a month and I believe she only has about 11 more years till it’s paid off , she had the house appraised at 137k.

Initially my Property manager told me she would put the none paid rent in collections, but now she is telling me she is not allowed to do that.
