Here are my takeaways directly from their presentation:-US best cities for millennials-Most diverse city in the US-Best seaport in North America-#2 top metro for job growth-#1 best hospital for cancer-22 fortune 500 companies, 2nd to NY-3.1% unemployment-6 out of every 10 jobs in Texas will be added in Houston through the year 2040-Growing 4x’s faster than the US population-2nd fastest growing economy in America-The Texas Medical Center is the largest medical center in the world-21 hospitals-8 academic and research institution-21,000 physicians, scientists, and researchers-110,000 employees-170,000 operations annually-Upcoming $1.5B expansion that broke ground in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 20222-New campus is expected to have a $5.2B impact on Houston and create projected 30K new jobs-University of Houston-$1B planned expansion over the next 3 years-Located extremely close to the medical center and downtown-New $100M college of medicine scheduled to break ground in Spring 2020Basically, Houston is not all about oil and gas!!!

Tourism (vacation destination market), 2nd fastest growing county in the US (appreciation), drivable from major cities like Charlotte and Atlanta. 

If the seller wanted "The most money", "The fastest close", "The least amount of personal items", "The best chance of closing" I am going to work to get them whatever is number one. 

The town is growing rapidly with tons of new home construction still happening along with new schools, and we were recently ranked as the fastest growing city within the metro area....but we are served with only a handful of restaurants, 2 of which are fast food (sonic and Mcdonalds).

This is precisely why a state like Idaho is one of the fastest growing.

Let me breakdown my experience with each.Federal -  The fastest moving of the three.

1) If you're looking to sell it off-market, this will be the fastest, easiest process. 

Fastest growing REIC in the midwest.  

A lot of people start off buying their first property and renting it out later as a way to grow their portfolio, but it’s not the fastest and often not the best of the options, though it’s better than doing nothing. 

Hello @Rasheed-mass Ali,For my mtr office I have the following:-Good sized desk with two or more drawers -Computer chair (rated for seating 6-8 hours)-Chair mat- Desk lamp with phone charging hub (mine offers wireless charging, but there are some that can plug a USB charger)- Pens, notedpad, scissors (I.e basic office supplies)- High speed WiFi (I offer hard wired high speed internet with an Ethernet cable, and the combo modem/router let’s them connect all of their devices)-Make sure that there are plenty of electrical outlets for your guests to plug devices into.Cheers,Melissa
