Im  beginning to  think its  a  reverse loan  in  which  a  lot  of  elderly people get  scammed.

Lot's of young professional might buy those houses but what would the elderly do without an elevator??

She's an elderly woman that is wanting to unload her properties and travel in her final years of life.  

Now u kno the whole story dont u think it was a lilabsurd, ridiculous and inhuman to put that big of a screw job to anyone but to do that to an elderly man n a single mother that was on ssi n neither was able to work??

The owner is elderly, now in a nursing home and the granddaughter is managing the sale.
