This guy checked all the boxes: good job of 6 years with income over 3x the monthly rent, good credit, barely any debt, no criminal history, no judgements, no evictions, paid first/last/security with no issues, got renters insurance, pays on time each month automatically through Cozy, etc.

*Most* of the time, people who have decent jobs, good credit, no criminal record, etc. also turn out to be very responsible pet owners.
