It took a mentor to sit me down and tell me that I make over a hundred dollars an hour for every therapy session I did and that I could work one extra hour a month providing therapy and I could pay for someone else to mow the yard at my property for a month and I could save myself 3 hours and a lot of frustration trying to mow the lawn with an old, broken down lawn mower.

.* For you newbies "Notice to Quit" is basically a form that the Housing Session here in CT provides to have the Tenant Volunteer to Vacate the apartment.

Not only the education sessions, but the networking and keeping me motivated toward my goals.

Will do that next and love that Columbus and Cincinnati have virtual sessions.  

He did a planning session with me last year around this time, and will be doing another in probably 1 month from now when my financials settle a little.

I will be obtaining my RE license in the next 60 days (The September session was already full).
