I’m curious—how have you found the costs associated with this type of funding compared to traditional hard money loans?

She was OK with it being a few days (I was quoted a 3 day time frame for work), but found out that didn't include weekend, and now its been a full week and they are just finishing tonight. 

Haven't found many reviews. 

Yes,  there are still deals to be found in Sacramento.

We initially started with Podio, but found ourselves constantly needing to hire a developer for new adjustments.

Lately I have been focused on building my client list and working with active buyers in the market.So far I have found some success via rei meetups and meeting with great people in the market.As for leads at the moment I'm currently sourcing leads via d4d and word of mouth.

I just graduated from college in June with a degree in mechanical engineering, but I've found that my true passion and interest is in real estate.
