I enjoyed that mine was a one man band, and it was smooth and efficient, handled by email and short hand dialogue and simple resolutions.My eviction filings, so far have been "light weight," mostly gets people motivated to pay and stay.I spoke to a couple of firms, but they make it sound much more complicated and ugly than it has been in my case, so they aren't resonating with me.

I believe you can pay extra for a local number, I use the one they gave me which starts with 321.I don't get that many faxes, but sometimes when computers are not working, or contractors have to go to Kinko's to send a scan of something, it's easier for them to fax.

Yep, the attorneys who you know REALLY want to be someplace else (except for the guy from Gray and Assoc who does the most biz there, he seems to enjoy it and why I have no clue!)
