I feel uncomfortable dealing with a group of young men who can't sign the lease for themselves or prove their credit.

well like I said I'm not sure which states you guys are from but around here they do accept anybody as long as it is not a dangerous or violent crime which I have none that was the only crime ever committed y'all are so judgemental Ya'll Must Be angels and just innocent right LOL probably so I'm done talking to you all through this conversation the next one I wasn't getting on here to talk to men anyways sorry

Hi-- I searched the archives before posting and found one relevant thread, but with only one response, I hope y'all won't mind if I give it a shot too.I'm looking to build a team of wildly competent merry-men and women in the following areas.

That kind of management is what separates the men (and women) from the boys (and girls) in my opinion.

Thus, I am striving to cut out as many middle men as possible (wholesalers/real estate agents/contractors/services) to help improve the margins.

If I tell you it is a bad idea, and you bish about that.. then you just are miserable little men. 

I explained that this group was just a bunch of old men that got together and made pasties to raise money for kids groups, nothing harmful.
