@Benoit Malige honestly after searching the local area for FHA properties and personally feeling that the market is a little to hot for my taste everyone has their own preference , I am going to start looking for Owner financed properties at this time that need a little love.

Also, the cost of entry is too high for my taste, it really makes no sense.The reason why I picked KC is because I see a lot of posts here about KC being a great cashflow market.

There is low inventory on duplexes through-out the city right now, but that does not completely explain the two offers on a stall property.I should have mentioned that I don't invest in the Westbank (Orleans or Jefferson), too much risk with bad areas for my taste.  

This city for the mostpar t has left a bad taste in many peoples mouths. 

I know the profit potential is higher, but when people choose their own roommates they are much more likely to have common tastes and habits and not get into these conflicts (or at least not drag the landlord in to them)

Besides, the trendy designs available these days make sure your home looks aesthetically and tastefully done up.
