Then to save time and hassel especially in your case set up a slew of appontments in an hour or two time span.

If I were to submit a newer utilities request to cover 15th to 30th, I am afraid the consecutive changeover within a span of 15 days will get messed up. 

My own house isn't spick and span either, plus I used to be a renter.

Hi BP and Thanks so much for all of you on their, previous, current and future helpful information,I purchased a very small 2 bedroom 1 bath 850 sq ft ranch,  Fixed up entire house inside-out.Had in a span of less then 2 months about 35 showings!
