It's a mess make sure they all cooperate and any furniture / mattresses put outside for trash paint it with spray paint BED BUGS so it doesn't reappear. 

Those are, of course, much less dire situations than having your car stolen or home burglarized - but having windows broken or the inside/outside of a property tagged with spray paint are things that can and do happen rather frequently in some neighborhoods, unless steps like these are taken. 

We have a maintenance person who currently sprays our apartments, just wanted to find out if anyone knows the law regarding this.

If it is a condo building with separate units, I might contact the property management company for the complex to see if they spray and how they handle it.

Every time I paint I pour a bit of paint into a labeled glass jar and leave it in the basement for touch-ups. 

I already sealed up all of the cracks with that spray foam stuff.

I just had a tenant call this past Sunday saying my sewer line is backing up. With my luck i of coarse had to pay premium Sunday rates of $325.00.  Ouch!!!  The drain cleaner guy pulled out a nested clump of tree root...

I would use a flea spray and make sure any animals are out of the house since they will automatically want to stick to them.
