Everything - from grass height to peeling paint.

I have also tried ozone shock treatment and various deodorizers, but none work.Most appraisers won't care too much about the paint condition, as long as it's not peeling.

I guess what I'm saying is find a property and start peeling the onion with the owner.Frank
