Found potential deal but can't find the owner or any living relative everyone I could find attached to the property is deceased and all the property they owned are abandoned.

@Nina Ning not Zillow but Opendoor, they need to have the same disclosures but they often don't know a lot of the time, the upsides are they have no emotional attachment to the home and holding costs really hurt them so you can get under list offers accepted especially for homes that have spent a lot of time on the market.

However, at the start of 2020, records have been updated, as it now shows one owing $9000 and the other owing more than $11000 (turns out that other liens can be ultimately attached to property taxes if not paid in time—in this case the county wants to recoup expenses incurred in nuisance abatement and demolition).
