A lot of landlords only do violent offenses, some also include drug charges.

No offense, a 5 unit isn't going to garner much fees for a mortgage broker.

I will say the data frontline city staff have on exact addresses and locations being rented is far better than a lot of investors imagine it to be.

@Marci Stein,The original fridge is your property, and they told you that they moved it to the shed, so IMO no offense, but the negligence is on you both.

My hope was to ignite a discussion on this and share data regarding the validity of that claim.Any suggestion that brings into question the ethics or integrity of my company I find to be offensive.

If you have the cash to go on the offense, it's a great time to do it IMO.
