If that is correct are you proposing to find a buyer in Canada or in New Mexico?

Has anyone on here done a air bnb in mexico i live in san diego and want to buy one in rosarito area and rent it out wondering if going through bank trust is a worthwhile process and if you have had success managing it with local crews.
