Can you absorb/float that cost if the house burns to the ground?

I must have misread the details, there's a lot of info floating around out there.   

Almost all customers said while they like occasionally ordering online to do a return over 90% want to bring it back to the store and get credit or replacement right away and shop while there.There is just a lot of stories floating around that have little to no actual value or merit to them.  

I started advertising this in the SF Chronicle and I had some banner years in those days..

That is why you should float it around now and get it lined up. 

Actually with all the misinformation floating around, community owners are doing a number of things, many not legal.

The idea of getting into Real Estate has floated in my head for some time, but I am now ready to jump start this new journey.

My response is always the same - Thats not you buying your family xmas presents - thats ME buying your family's xmas presents.I also tell them that I'm not a bank and I don't give loans to people so I'm not going to float their rent for them which is essentially what they're asking me to do.

My thinking is this: If the seller is selling for rock bottom prices to get out of the home, why would they come out of pocket 5 to 10K to sheetrock, tape, and float the walls?

When I went to check it out, as I was walking through the basement that had 2-3" of standing water, I saw what appeared to be poop floating in the water.
