Almost all customers said while they like occasionally ordering online to do a return over 90% want to bring it back to the store and get credit or replacement right away and shop while there.There is just a lot of stories floating around that have little to no actual value or merit to them.

My response is always the same - Thats not you buying your family xmas presents - thats ME buying your family's xmas presents.I also tell them that I'm not a bank and I don't give loans to people so I'm not going to float their rent for them which is essentially what they're asking me to do.

My thinking is this: If the seller is selling for rock bottom prices to get out of the home, why would they come out of pocket 5 to 10K to sheetrock, tape, and float the walls?
