I have come to the conclusion this guy is a predator within his own social circles church etc...

I am in a worship team for my church where I sing, and because of real estate I have time to practice pretty much whenever I want.

Anyway, if it makes you feel bad why not work with a local church group and give back to the community with your profits?

There is one anchor tenant that comes to mind who will not allow restaurants, gyms, churches within 300 ft of their premises (within the center) as these tenants use up a lot of parking for extended periods of time. 

Based on your name it looks like we might go to the same church (I.C.).
