It's definitely not a pitch session.

Then we are on to making the numbers work on something we find on the MLS or through anyone around here.Pete and I have a mostly regular weekly or bi-weekly catch up session in the morning at the Collectivo on 68th and Wells.  

If anyone can give me feedback on this before my over the phone strategy session with this program, I would appreciate it.

What I found was a bit different...nearly all of the 2 hour session was a guest speaker, who started off being very interesting, but then started showing $80k profit deals and testimonials of massive success from "students."

IMHO something like a college course listing about the session would have been more helpful when deciding which session to sign-up for. 

I personally do a session on the practical points of turning pet cemeteries into stunning new mobile home parks.

If after 1 or 2 showing sessions (looking at an average of 3 houses per session) we still have not picked a home, I start revising the process.
