(this is the group that typically finds and manages the deal).More often than not you will be investing as a passive investor, most syndication has a minimum of $50k and may require you to be a sophisticated or accredited investor this is depending on the "permit' they get from the SEC.

I just got off of a discovery call - they’re very upfront that their model does take a lot of work but offers content, mentorship and most importantly a network of accredited investors to sell deals to at 80% ARV rather than 65% which most local investors shoot for.

@William Hinsche I always recommend using contractors with the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor.
