We replaced our side of the shared-townhome roof with 20-year shingles, and we installed a new 6 foot cedar privacy fence.

We do not enter the property without proper notice and only for scheduled repairs or an inspection, otherwise we respect the tenants privacy.

I thought they were all responsible and I did not them to feel like I was invading their privacy, so I felt weird about doing inspections, so that was my lesson learned there, do the inspections.

My personal online presence is less active but I prefer privacy so I keep it minimal.Hope this helps!

If you don't want everyone perusing your mail, this is a common way to achieve privacy.

The best thing you can do is to, of course, enclose your yard to secure it and maintain your privacy.

They also can't give you any information or communicate with you because the property is involved in a legal process and their are privacy laws in place that prevents discussion without the explicit consent of the borrower/defendant.In addition to property management, we do property preservation work.
