I have an eye for not only decorating but designing and enjoy doing painting and flooring.

I am quite detail oriented and love decorating so this information will definitely help me from making unnecessary finishes. 

Up high in a building, but not too high because long elevator rides are boring.In an area with things I like to do that are close.With reasonable parking available for guests when I entertain.And a rooftop pool, hot tub, lounge area would be nice.Plus a community workout room, and some kind of storage available for things like off season Christmas decorations, and etc... 

Well it happened....this house has been on market to long....the sign looks like a permanent fixture of the yard.......I cant see the problem...priced at market value and we lowered it 10% anyways....Inside is immaculate (owner is a clean fanatic)...Decor...ooohh and aaahhs coming forth...."

Im so confused what category to put things like all the decor we bough for the house, pillows, plates, kayaks, paintings, coffee and tea,furniture, sheets, mattress, couch, everything we bought and continue to buy to make the property a vacation rental....there is the "supplies" category but I also heard some things go into the the depreciation category like furniture.

A clean updated 2/2 that I purchased turn key with all new appliances and well decorated... hoping to enjoy as well as provide some rental income and tax write offs for my W-2 What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Crystal goes with the cutesy country decor of my Country Apartment, and if something gets broken or swiped-- hey it was just a buck!   

You'll find a wide range of decorators in Orlando, some are extremely creative and on top of the trends while others produce more "cookie cutter" homes.
