In order to understand that one needs to have an abundance mindset and think bigger than life in the first place.

Sweet hollow plants like Hawaiian ginger and banana trees should not be planted up against a structure because they are perfect homes for the big water cockroaches that Houston has in abundance.

Natural gas is cheap and abundant .

I think the abundance of cash eventually gives you some reason to spend it, so certain "niceties" of life that appealed less to me before than they do now, simply because they don't seem as expensive as they once did.

this is an up-side-down roof - usually found in abundance in the hurricane areas of the US.  

There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH.

The ones that I've been able to locate are in less than desirable neighborhoods, or far out of my price range.Single family rentals, on the other hand, seem to be abundant and affordable, but the idea of having all of my capital tied up in one property isn't ideal.

I was surprised to find an abundance of knowledge and a community of like minded individuals.

there is an abundance of deals and opportunity in every market, in every economy, at any given time if you put in the work to find them. my pipeline has not been negatively impacted.
