I can locate props that fit into " a good deal" no
Using the fomulas discussed here, I am able to find the properties, no problem.. In a great town...with tons of rental opportunity as well as major growth. Now what. I am also a contractor and can quickly get an accurate estimate of property condition and rehab costs. I do not want to use my own money. I want to do flips. One hang up is that the market is pretty flat, but rapidly improving. I do think that owner carry and re sell the note would work, but cut way into profit. Does it sound like I need a parner? Any and all suggestions would be appre :superman: ciated. Thanks
