Looking at it now it's unbelievable the stuff I was buying for about 5-8k a pop is selling in the 50s - 60s.

One thing is for sure, these deals are addicting and I can't wait for more.Jeff

Unbelievably, Crowdstreet is shocked that when millions of dollars are released with no escrow UNSECURED that these funds are subject to being stolen.  

Bottom line is cheap, easy money for so long has created a massive addiction.

I havent made the official plunge into investing but I have learned an unbelievable amount from those I have connected with, from finding a good deal all the way through buying a SFH and converting to a Multi Family.
