Mike thanks so much for the link, any thoughts on using a professional voice talent vs. someone who is less professional/ casual?

What I found helpful;1) podcasts; Michael is clearly a talented and wise REI investor and teacher.

It is not even a situation where you need to spend millions, you just need talented developers who know how to build a good app. 

The fans and spectators have absolutely nothing to do with the skills and talent it took to win.

It creates a family legacy, and tips the playing field for any scions of the family who might be born with various talents that would cost money to develop.

Stage it with a more talented stager to get rid of the awkwardness of the flow if there is one.  

Other suggestion was keep all records in quickbooks then keep receipts in a folder for record keeping purposes and not worry about scanning them in.I've thought about hiring admin work in house but I think I'm just too small for it to make sense at this point - I dont know I may change my mind and try to get a part time in house bookkeeper that can run payroll/keep the books but I'm just leery about that until I can afford to pay someone very well in this position and get the best talent I can.TIA!

Just look at the number of posts.It's too bad so many ladies feel intimidated around guys at meetups, but if my beautiful and talented wife were going to attend a meetup with a bunch of guys I wouldn't let her go--so I understand.But I think you ladies should invite a couple of guys as speakers every once in a while to balance things out a little.Good Luck!
