Stay on each area for a good 5-10 minutes, it sometimes takes a while for water to saturate and travel to the point you'll see it inside. 

I personally favor saturated markets with proven desirability and avoid markets that have declining populations like the plague.So, I'd run.

Well not entirely, the condo market here got over saturated really quick.

I wonder just how saturated our market is becoming with real estate investors given the opportunities that it's historically been having. 

I feel the Roanoke area is a relatively invester saturated market but $80K can easily net you 4-6 small multi-family units.

The area is saturated with retail and restaurants and is far from a war zone.

It's also a good idea to saturate your farm area with buyer and seller guerilla marketing.Ask yourself these questions:Where do I want to buy and sell?

Hi, all.Being new to real estate investing, as a flipper, I'd like to ask the question on BP of whether house flipping as an industry is over saturated (here in July 2014).I am sure the answer to this question varies greatly by market.
