I have listed to a hundred or more bp pod casts as well as many others.

Plus, the crypto currency business/computers rent one of my one bedroom apartments for a much higher than market rate:) I hope you are setting aside some of your 'higher than market rate' for power mod cap ex and fines from your power co for meter jumping and shady dealing.

@David KhalfinThe best and most efficient way to go once you have read books, listened to pod casts, and attended some networking events is to shadow those that have successfully invested out of state. 

In any business you get involved in, simply reading and even listening to pod casts will not suffice.

Look around and you will see the average joe is NOT getting six pack;meanwhile six pack book writers, gyms ,pod-casters,personal trainers, supplement sellers, workout equipment sellers,nutritionist,plastic surgeons etc are getting rich. 

BTW loved the pod cast.

That would lead to more supply of NPN's with cash flow exits (i.e. loan mods).
