How do I make money selling raw land?

Good evening bigger pockets community! I recently purchased a parcel of raw land here in Kannapolis, NC. The land is 1.79 acres in a great established neighborhood with home prices ranging $200k-$300k. Located on a cul de sac with lots of mature healthy trees. I originally purchased to build a home but since decided to sell. A friend told me I should try to partner with a developer but I've never done that before and wouldn't know where to start. Anyone have any experience partnering with a developer? If so, any recommendations in my area? What can I expect? Thanks in advance for any advice.
