@Michael CraigIn my opinion, the risk of you being taken to court by a tenant for infringing on their rights would out weigh the risk posed by guns being on the property.

The potential to lose a few bucks to scammers is, IMO, far outweighed by the costs added to EVERYTHING by these licenses and regulations.The vast majority of people in business want to stay in business, so they deliver a fair product at a fair price.
