Is it advisable to use these lengthy, more complex contracts?

It is a lengthy process, but you don't want to own anything across the street from a base that is getting ready to close, so you'll want to keep an eye on this.Otherwise, do your homework and do your deal analysis based on the data you can get your hands on.
