I have used Fiverr.com in the past and have never been disappointed.

I've been proactively reaching out to people who portray themselves as such on-line, but have been severely disappointed in their lack of response (and I'm talking More than one call with VM each!).

One of the applicants (the one who has been particularly polite and prompt with communication) is extremely disappointed.  

(which was disappointing to me because the whole reason I got stainless was for ease of cleaning...)I keep a variety of basic cooking implements, a simple spice rack, a colander, pots & pans, cookie sheet, pizza slicer.  

The seller is obviously disappointed; 'back on market' can result in a lower price as potential buyers perceive those as 'there must be something wrong with it.'

I'm honestly disappointed in BP for putting so much behind this Pace guy.

I am disappointed from some of the replies.

I believe I heard on one of Avery's podcasts that showing a select few photos is ideal like 12-20.Making a place look greater than it is, might get an extra booking, but when they see it in reality isn't it a disappointment? 

Bottom line, if you plan to pool funds so that you don't have 2nd, 3rd, 4th liens, then you will need to tread lightly and ensure all parties involved are on the exact same page so that no one gets hurt/annoyed/disappointed/angry after funds are already tendered.

More disappointing, are the number of pretender lenders.Understand that since the majority of states do not require a license to loan money privately, everyone and their brother is now calling themselves a lender.
