Look for areas that are popular vacation destinations, but perhaps not as well-known or expensive as some of the more famous spots.

While everyone is always very excited when they first start on this journey, realize that it is usually a slow journey to your destination.  

For instance, I don't approve of Airbnb's decision to give guests full refunds if a natural disaster hits a destination location.

Plus I am not in a true "vacation" destination, and there's no room for an arcade anyway.

My thought is rates are destined to drop in next couple yrs and this ARM would reset without me having to refinance and pay fees again
