Real Estate is NOT a "get rich QUICK" scheme.

Furthermore, I've arrived home late many Sundays to a house that's 83*F while I'm trying to get the kids immediately to bed.So in the end- I save having to change AC settings 75 times a year (which yes takes 10 seconds, but let's be honest that the timing of it is more crucial than the time it takes)- Years down the road I save doing it 750 a year when I have 10 properties- My guests always walk into a clean cool, pleasurable space (first impressions)- If I can do it before, I might as well do it after and save a few bucks- Lastly, it's really not THAT important in the grand scheme of things, but it's just something fun to do when I'm tired of doing the real work.

After two year then 144k and then…Simple math: 1,000*(1.01)^253 = 12,396.74But no one wants to hit a single, everyone wants the home run (get rich quick scheme). 

. $15k in the grand scheme of things should be worth it.

I'd paint some of the bedrooms a more neutral colour. 

I think the few buyers still buying will want much better deals and I think many of the newbie, guru recruited wholesalers will get out of the game because it's gotten 'too hard' and will be on to the next get rich quick scheme.

Perhaps that's why cash back at closing schemes are illegal.

Don't fall for any of the get rich quick MLM schemes.

Make sure there's value for both sides... that's the kind of deal you can trust to be more genuine than any get 'rich quick scheme' or some pitch where the person promises huge gains for no work and no risk.

You should definitely put his name on here so future BP members don't get caught into his schemes. and I would definitely go to small claims court if you have a contract and good paper trail.
