This might indicate they don't like to move and may stay awhile, but again, rentals are different, and you don't have any trend data to see how they might behave as a renter. 

You can require her to pick up the poop, you can require her to have a dog that is well behaved at all times - she isn't allowed to have Cujo run off all your other tenants.Having a no pet policy means you don't allow pets.

Another option to consider, especially with Tyler being a lawyer, would be having one of these properties rezoned to be fully commercial.

The key will be having enough sleep space, a private entrance, a good price and a comfortable/enjoyable guest experience (all which take time and money keep in mind).

Did it ever occur to the writter that it has nothing to do with skin color but maybe it just so happens a larger percentage of Black and Latino applicants didn't be have the income or credit score to qualify yet still applied anyway?
