An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.Also, rules and regulations vary GREATLY by state, so what flys in NY may be totally against the law in NC.  

This is very common with PMs.Nothing much you can do till you get back in town and pound on her door/track her down.

I recommend allowing dogs under 25 pounds and over 3 years old.

As far as personal goals go- exercise and lose 30 pounds!

I never allowed a pup or young one or any large dog over 10 or so pounds.

My accountability partner lost 30 pounds during the 12 weeks. 

Combine that with the incredible demand of retail end buyers and no inventory for them all, it is slim pickings here.Now that I set that stage, add in the numerous amounts of wholesalers in my area (many of which are newer and/or come from RE investment groups, they are pounding out offers blanketing the MLS.

I haven't had many complaints about my houses not having one and it sure beats the service calls to pull a pound of spaghetti out of the dishwasher.
