The spark was ignited about 15 years ago, after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, followed by Cashflow Quadrant.

Tax pros are all double checking the calculations their software are coming up with and needing to force some parts of it- If you're trusting turbo tax to be 100% correct this soon that's a big gamble. 

You really need to solve this fundamental problem before you have a major fire, either directly due to a space heater igniting flammables, or through an overloaded electrical system that causes ignition.

Seems to be a big gamble in this market, especially with the road costs between 500 and 800 a foot. 

It's not a timing thing, if it was it'd be a lot like gambling.

But there is a reason Detroit is that low, it's considered somewhat of a gamble to invest there.

It is also within easy reach of gambling/entertainment.

I had another 14 year old one that was right next to it, working normally but I decided to gamble by replacing it as well (cost me $800 each).

Stacking cost is easier than value.I blame HGTV for that: the hero's make a risky choice, but the gamble pays off.
