@Alpha Diawara Ok, my latest commercial loan:20 years amortization 7 Year Fixed Interest Rate w/ it ballooning at year 7.MEANING, my total amount financed is divided amongst a 20 year repayment plan @ a certain % of fixed interest.

I also don't have our guys go into a dwelling without at least a witness with them when there is only one female in there.

When I described the use of the term in Tennessee, you plainly schooled me with the California law, to wit:"I can appreciate you think you know the law in Tennessee.

David and Johnson have witnessed this over and over again.

Different counties have different requirements for the number of witnesses, the names being in block letters, having the right space at the top, having the correct legal description in the correct format, etc.In the first year or two I recorded my own documents and it worked fine but I often had to re-send them because of minor details like this.

They also now capture HA/VRBO data as well and I recently witnessed their accuracy being in the 90-95% range.
