What's better about being an LO vs a Realtor?  

I've done interest only loans that cash flowed like crazy, then cashed out on the L/O when it hit worked well on the couple I pulled off. 

They'll pull in your city and zip code's hi/med/lo rents. 

This is a case where you could probably be pretty transparent with the LO who has given up, "hey I want to give it a whack elsewhere, no skin off your back since you've given up anyways... will you shoot me the 3.2 file?" 

And a few years after this applicant was accepted as my tenant, I checked the eviction records where the false name match happened; lo and behold, a fresh eviction pops up for the same name and that happened while this person was my tenant.

@Frank Procopio you're literally the guy I'm thinking about doing business with once I clear up my credit (bad divorce) and lo and behold I get a comment from you.
