Just remember though, that you also build your own reputation as a developer, and if you get know for being too pushy and inconsiderate that these consultants have other clients to serve too, or that you fire too quickly...you will run out of people to work with.

Downfall to some DPA's is they require you to own the home and not sell it or refinance anywhere from 2, 3 or 5 years depending on the state.I have seen people use a DPA and after they purchased the home they did some renovations and the home increased significantly in value.

People are staying more, moving less since COVID, which means less rental inventory, increased demand and higher prices particularily in the lower and medium priced markets. 

Yeah, people can up vote dumb stuff too but it's less likely overall and the cream tends to rise anyway.
